With the use of our late model Milacron Injection Molding Presses, these all-electric injection presses are very capable and repeatable within a wide range of operation parameters. In addition, these presses are more cost effective to operate than hydraulic presses.

Injection Rates can go up to 3.8 inches per second which is typical to a standard hydraulic press, but the true benefit is that the injection pressure control can be set at 100 psi to 33,000 psi. At each end of the spectrum, accuracy is achieved. This is possible with end of barrel pressure transducers and control systems of the electric press, measuring the injection pressure at the closest point of injection without adding a cavity pressure transducer.
