PPD has been in the plastic injection molding business since 1996. We have enjoyed steady growth which we attribute to quality and sincere customer service by listening to our customers wants and needs.

Through the years we have purchased state of the art equipment that has helped us increase volume and improve our customers products from our injection molding operations. We are now equipped with several Milacron Injection Molding Presses ranging from 220 tons to 550 tons, with a variety of accessories to complement the injection molding process.Additionally, we have vertical clamp injection molding capability.

The principles of the company have more than fifty years combined in the plastics industry from molding a variety of products such as: polyurethane bumpers, electronic switch components, clock components, mirror housings, sunroofs components, and glass encapsulation. This diversity in materials, wide range of parts for automotive, military and houseware industries offers great benefits to our customers.

With each member of the team involved in purchasing, design, development, and production we understand the problems associated with manufacturing. All departments must be in concert. Our flat management hierarchy keeps all projects in the focus of all of management and the personnel on the production floor. Finally, the quality of personnel on the production floor is the key to the success of PPD and our customers.

PPD is involved in QS-9000 registration activities at this time. Within six months, registration will be attained. This certification will not only help PPD become better, but it will improve our customers as well.
